We all have them- members of our family who can't turn on the computer.
I have several in my family and the most fun comes when you try to help them with something over the phone. They never tell you everything the screen shows and then they click away unattended. Then they wonder why their email disappeared without the picture they were tyring to attach, and why the package they insist they ordered 2nd day hasn't show up in a week. Do they check their email for status? No, no, that would be too easy!
But despite their frustrating inability to follow directions, we love them anyway, because after all, they feed our whole family dinner every Sunday and do our hair for free!
