Well almost done- I have some touch up painting and I need new knobs for the closet doors- but I am crossing one home improvement item off my list!

Okay I kind of lied- I am crossing two things off my list, well actually 2 and 1/2.
Here is number two....Sammi's old bathroom upstairs. It never had any color (so no previous pic), but we painted it "Utah Sky" for Peter.
And now for the 1/2- James (yes James- I didn't help at all) tiled Sammi's bathroom downstairs after we had a leak (what water trouble you say? at the Hawkins'- No it can't be!) and had to rip up the vinyl, have the floor jack hammered and replaced.
Doesn't it look good?!?
We have toilet back down, but have to put the floorboard back in before re-installing the sink. In case you are wondering what color the walls are- "Tinkerbell green"- James chose it (we aren't Disney at all are we?)
Have I ever mentioned how handy my hubby is? I lucked out with that. The poor guy has had to repair so many water damaged things lately that I think he would agree with my mother and say that we should turn the basement into a swimming pool! Well for now, we'll be happy that there isn't water on the floor, even if we had to rip out the window sill in the office---AGAIN!

It looks so good. Now we need to have a movie night downstairs!
Looks awesome! LOVE the tile. We need to do our master bath. Rip that stinkin' carpet out of there. It should be against the law for a builder to put carpet in a BATHROOM. Duh. Anyway, your house looks great. Love the colors, too. And that cute beadboard in the downstairs bath!
